About Green Store

Jore Green Stores aims to provide home-delivered fish and meat products anywhere in Kerala at 20 to 50% less than the market price. A house or shop premises or building with an area of at least 500 square feet facing the road and having parking facilities can be considered for these stores. These stores can be opened at any location in the state. 1 store per panchayat will be allotted in the first phase. It will be four in the municipality area and eight in the corporation area.
This store will have 2+ job opportunities.

JORE JOINT VENTURE OPERATED STORE

In this plan, to own a franchise store a refundable security deposit should be paid for the building, stock, equipment, branding, marketing, etc. It is the franchisee’s responsibility to find and contract a building to operate the store at the location within a period of 90 days after paying the deposit amount, applying for sufficient documents, licenses etc. and handing over the documents to the company for operating the store. It is the responsibility of the company to brand and furnish the building as required for the store, installation of the necessary equipment, finding and hiring of employees, finding a permanent business plan to run the store profitably and hand it over to the franchise owner.
During the contract period, the control of the store and the responsibilities like stock, sale and marketing will be completely under the control of the company. However, the franchise owner does not have any target and will have a fixed monthly profit share to the franchise owner. Also the franchise owner has the opportunity to work as a store manager. This job will also get a monthly salary. Franchise owner can decide to work or not. The duration of the contract will be three years. The franchisee is allowed to cancel the contract at any time during the contract period and get a refund of the deposit amount.

ACTIVE JORE STORE

A refundable security deposit for building, stock, equipment, branding, etc., is to be paid to get a franchise in this plan. It is the franchisee’s responsibility to find and contract a building for running the store at the location contracted for the franchise within a period of 90 days after paying the deposit amount, applying for sufficient documents, licenses etc., branding the building as required for the store, finding the minimum target sale suggested by the company to run the store profitably .
In this plan, the company provides a minimum target sale of 100 kg per day or 3000 kg per month for any one or multiple products brought to the company store. During the term of the agreement, the control of the store, sales, marketing etc. responsibilities will be completely under the control of the franchise owner. The stock is issued by the company to the franchise owner on a case-by-case basis. During the contract period, the franchisee will receive a fixed monthly profit share per month. Also the franchise owner will get a fixed amount towards building rent and maintenance expenses. The franchise owner is entitled to 3% of the business turnover above the minimum target. If the sale is below the minimum target, the profit to the franchise owner will be 7% of the total sale amount. The duration of the contract will be three years. The franchisee is allowed to cancel the contract at any time during the contract period and get the deposit back.
