RINGS PROMOS is setting up 2000 JORE EAT CURRY stores across the state to provide non-veg and veg curry dishes to consumers at affordable prices without compromising on quality. Supply is regularly offered through these stores at discounted rates to hotels and other institutions on pre-order.
A house or shop or building with an area of at least 250 square feet facing the road and having parking facilities can be considered for these stores. 1 store per panchayat will be allotted in the first phase. This store will have 1+ jobs.
There will be a refundable security deposit towards building, stock, equipment, branding, etc. expenses to be paid to get franchise in this plan. Franchise is contracted for a period of 90 days after paying the deposit amount to find and contract the building for store operation at the location and store It is the franchise owner’s responsibility to apply for sufficient documents, licenses etc., brand the building as required for the store, find the minimum target sales suggested by the company to run the store profitably and start the store. Any one or more of the products brought to the company store will have a fixed amount per day or per month on products in this plan, the company provides sale as the minimum target. During the term of the agreement, the control of the store, sales, marketing etc. responsibilities will be completely under the control of the franchise owner. The stock is issued by the company on demand to the franchise owner. During the term of the contract, the franchisee will receive a fixed monthly profit share towards building rent and maintenance. The franchise owner is entitled to 4% of the business turnover above the minimum target. If the sale is below the minimum target, the franchise owner will receive 15% of the total sale amount. The duration of the contract will be three years. The franchisee is allowed to cancel the contract at any time during the contract period and get the deposit back.
