Jore Micro Delivery Stores aims to provide home delivery of grocery, stationery and toiletry products for daily needs anywhere in Kerala within 30 minutes to the general public at 5 to 20% off from the MRP rate. A house, shop or building with an area of at least 1000 square feet facing the road and having parking facilities can be considered for these stores. These stores can be opened at any location in the state. These stores will be provided as one store for 500 families. The products of all the brands currently available in the market are available through this store.

There will be a refundable security deposit towards building, stock, equipment, branding, etc. expenses to be paid to get a franchise in this plan.
A refundable security deposit will be there towards building, stock, equipment, branding, etc. is required to get franchise in this plan. It is the responsibility of the Franchisee to find and contract a building to operate the store at the location contracted for the franchise within 90 days after paying the deposit amount, applying for sufficient documents, licenses, etc. During the term of the contract, the permanent stock will be supplied by the company as per the requirement of the franchisee. The control of the store, sales, marketing, etc. responsibilities will be completely under the control of the franchise owner. During the contract period, the franchisee will get a fixed amount towards building rent and maintenance expenses. The monthly profit received by the franchise owner will be 8% of the business revenue of the store. The duration of the contract will be three years. The franchise owner is allowed to cancel the contract at any time during the contract period and get the deposit back.
