These stock houses keep the stock required for supplying to the micro delivery stores. 1000 – 5000 sq. ft. houses, warehouses OR buildings with road facing and parking facilities can be considered for this purpose. Refundable security for stock, equipment, branding, etc., Franchise contract can be done by paying a fixed amount as deposit. It is the responsibility of the Franchisee to find and contract a building with 3 phase connection for running the franchise at the location agreed upon the franchise within 90 days after paying the deposit amount, applying for sufficient documents, licenses etc. During the contract period, the franchisee will get a fixed monthly profit share of a fixed amount and a building rent maintenance share per square feet. The duration of the contract will be three years. The franchisee is allowed to cancel the contract at any time during the contract period and get the deposit back.
